Who we are
Haybrook IT was founded in 1988 in response to the growing demand for IT staff in Oxfordshire and the wider south of England region. Specialising in technical recruitment within the IT sector, we have worked hard to build a reputation for providing a high level of professionalism, consistency and excellence over the past 3 decades. This reputation has secured our preferred supplier status with both SME’s and large blue chip corporate organisations in the UK; including FTSE 100 technology businesses, government organisations and market-leading start-ups and SME’s.
In 2008 we were bought by SQCP Ltd, an IT and FinTech recruitment consultancy based in London. This gives us access to a vast national database of jobseekers and jobs, allowing us to provide a better service to both candidates and employers whilst retaining our autonomy and individuality.
