A Service Delivery Manager is required at a Cloud infrastructure provider to the public and private sectors.
Current or recent SC Clearance is required in applying.
The successful Service Delivery Manager will be working in a growing and experienced team consisting of DevOps engineers, software engineers, DBAs, architects and other SMEs, in addition to agile delivery and project managers.
Skills and experience of the Service Delivery Manager:
- Experience in managing internal support and operations teams and external vendors & clients
- Agile – Scrum / Kanban
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and DevOps environments
- Service transition and implementation
- Service management tool design and specification
- Incident, change and release management
- ITIL v4 understanding
